Serum isolated from anterior vena cava blood was used to determine alanine transaminase (ALT) ａnd aspartate transaminase (AST) activities by Microplate assay kits (Shanghai Hengyuan Bioengineering Co., Ltd., China) according to manufacturer’s protocol. Serum ALT ａnd AST levels were determined by double antibody sandwich method. First, the purified ALT or AST antibody of pigs was coated with the microporous plate, ａnd then serum was added to the micropore to form the antibodyantigen-elisa antibody complex. After thorough washing, substrate TMB was added for color development. The OD values were measured by an enzyme-labeled instrument at the wavelength of 450 nm. The concentration of ALT or AST in the sample was calculated by the standard curve.
